Cold brewing steeps the coffee slowly in cold water, gently drawing out all its natural sweetness and smoothness for a rich, mellow glass. Alongside it, Velvet Blaze Ground for Cold Brew. The blend behind the in-store drinks you already love. We crafted it to work in any format: espresso, drip, and now it's available here ground for cold brew at home with the Mizudashi. Bold, smooth, and endlessly versatile.
Both are paired with the Hario Mizudashi brewer, a beautifully simple Japanese glass brewer with a built-in reusable filter – no paper, no mess. It's slim enough to live in your fridge door and makes about a liter at a time.
