What makes Summer Moon coffee unique?
Our beans are roasted in small batches over an open flame using Texas Post Oak. This authentic wood-fired process results in a smooth, balanced flavor profile that cannot be replicated by gas or electric roasters.
How soon will my coffee order ship?
To ensure peak freshness, we roast our beans daily. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days via standard ground shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our wood-fired coffee and merchandise within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses.
Can I return coffee beans if I don't like the roast?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an error with your order or damage during transit, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Is your Moon Milk available for purchase online?
Our signature Moon Milk is a proprietary blend of seven secret ingredients that requires refrigeration. For safety and quality reasons, it is currently only available for enjoyment at our physical cafe locations.
Are your coffee beans organic or fair trade?
We source high-quality Arabica beans through direct-trade relationships and sustainable farms globally, ensuring fair compensation for farmers and premium quality for our customers.
